One would think that it would be a nightmare to do a complete renovation job remotely – you would be wrong! You just need a really good architect.
Our journey started 3 years ago when we started to look for a dream second home in Valencia and we viewed over 50 properties. You guessed it, we are very particular! We eventually found an apartment that was in the perfect location, but it was a complete wreck. This means that we had to strip everything back and start again.
Emilio was the architect we appointed to completely re-design the whole space. On our first meeting, we knew that he was the right choice. His values and behaviours were right; his heart was in the right place; his passion to architecture was palpable and his drive to doing things well was unstoppable. More importantly, he was very patient, considerate and understood exactly what we wanted. As mentioned earlier, we were not the easiest clients because design is our passion and one of us is a trained structural engineering. We know what we want, and we will not compromise! We are very happy to say that Emilio met all our needs and requests.
We can honestly say that Emilio has been a real pleasure to work with. His professionalism shone through and he is one the most honourable person we know. This is an architect who has integrity and creative solutions.
